He is the Lead Partner and a Public Actuary of the firm and has experience and extensive knowledge since 1987 in pension and life insurance consulting.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mathematics and Computing from Curtin University, Perth, Australia. He is a Fellow of the Society of
Actuaries of Indonesia.
In addition, he also carries out several activities and actively involved in professional organizations, such as:
- Speaker in public seminars on pension and employee benefits issues;
- Speaker in the 8th and 9th East Asian Actuarial Conference in Tokyo and Bangkok,
and in the International Conference of Investment of Pension Fund in Hong Kong,
- Develop Actuarial Standard of Practice for Pension Fund and Life Insurance; 2012
- Actively involve in discussion with other professional organizations, such as
Indonesian Accounting Association;
- Member of International Organization of Mensa;
- Chairman of the Actuarial Standard of Practice Board of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia;
- Chairman of Pension Fund Department of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia.
- Discussion & review pension related issues in the Labor Law (No 13/2003).
- Various articles written & published in magazine & newspapers on pension and
Labor Law issues;
- Actuarial project team on performance audit on Civil Services pension fund;
- Actuarial project team for financial sustainability review of the Social Security Fund of Rwanda;
- Actuarial project team for independent actuarial audit for General Organization of Social Insurance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
